Hi,

I bought an Epson C2800N which is a network laser printer. It is connected to my router with "ethernet" cable. I am able to connect to my printer over cable connection (when i have my MPB network connection with "ethernet" cable) but when i use the wireless connection (airport) i can't connect to my printer. It happens with my MBP17 and my bro's MBP15'.

Thanks,
Andre

I haven't solved the problem yet :( Anyone knows why I can't find the printer over the wireless connection?

Thanks!!

Are the wireless and ethernet connections on different subnets?
ie.
wireless assigns an IP of 10.x.x.x
ethernet assigns an IP of 192.168.x.x

Is the Epson C2800N getting an IP via DHCP or is it statically assigned?

Epson is getting IP statically (192.168.0.2).

I noticed that other computers (mac & PCs) can't connect to mine over network sharing when I'm using my wireless connection. When I use ethernet connection I am able to connect to my printer and other computers can connect to mine without any problem. My bro has a MBP 15 and has the same problem. My mum has a PC and have not these problems.
