Hi there-
I am on a mac network, comprised of mostly G4 powerbooks/ibooks. There is an older model G4 (Feb2002) on the network as well, it can perform the same networking functions as all the other computers, but it cannot print using the printer that is hooked up to our airport extreme.
We've deleted the printers in the Printer Setup Utility and have tried to add a printer, but none will appear. When we look at the System Profiler, printers aren't even listed in the hardware. We've tried to access it manually through the Airport's IP address with no luck.
We have no problems with printers if we hook them up straight to the desktop's USB port.
any clues why this may be occuring would be helpful. The G4 is running on OS 10.3.9 if that is of any help.
Thanks!
Brandon Mise
