well well..upgraded to tiger 2 weeks ago and now i'm having this proxy password problem 
when i go to system perf --> network --> select my airport card and go to proxy...i typed in my proxy address, port and underneath, i clicked on "proxy password or whatever" and entered my password and username..there was this tick so i thought it was ok...
i applied it and it detick itself?!
then i went to safari and it wont even go on internet even though i'm connected...it wont even ask my for a password and username for the proxy...so now i'm stuck with firefox where i can do it manually in firefox's pref...it is annoying and i want to know what i've to do...so i can use safari with the proxy (i use airport to connect to internet and intranet)
