Network section in finder shows "nstest.tzo.com"

The title says it all. I've never used any service at this address or installed any questionable programs.

Has anyone ever seen this sort of thing appear in their networks or know could I get rid of it?

Spotlight search shows nothing except the google searches I did once I saw the entry.
