I recently notice that when I'm trying to connect to a wireless network, after I've the security passphrase for the network and the check appears next to the network on my phone, the status icon stays "3g" and won't change to the wifi icon until much later. Today when I was accessing the network at work, the phone asked if i wanted to connect so i said yes, the icon changed from "3g" to "E" and then it stayed at "E". I had to turn off wifi and start it again, and it was still at "E" until I accessed some websites in safari. I reset my phone and now it shows i'm connected thru wifi.
Is this a normal behavior? anyone having similar issue?
