I have a 2010 Macbook Pro that i've recently started using to play a bit of Call of Duty on LAN with friends, and usually i'm the one who creates the network since it's so easy.

I've noticed that, even when my Macbook dies, the network stays alive! and new people can connect to it!
How is this possible?! Is it keeping the network alive using the little battery it has?
