Hi there,

I am a complete newbie on here so please grant me some patience.

I currently run a wireless LAN at home which has my iMac and another laptop drawing internet from it. Two iPhones and a PS3 also connect frequently. I am concerned about the use of the internet on the laptop and was wondering if there was anything I could do to actively look at what is being shown/downloaded.

My networking knowledge is not great, but some jargon will be permissible.
