Hi

OK I've got a network with 2 wireless apple routers.... I plan on hard wiring them together to make the connection a little better but in the meantime is there a way to check the connection speed?

At the moment one is connected to the modem and the other is connected via wifi and sharing the internet connection to the machines attached to it

I know I can use speedtest.net but that will give me the internet speed and not the network connection speed

Any ideas? I checked and tried a widget but it didn't work properly and I removed it

Ok I've tried to use an ethernet between the two routers to join them that way rather than wireless but it's killed the network when i do that

What am i doing wrong?
