Network Trash

How does one go about deleting the network trash? I see that I have about 6 different folders (network trash #2, etc) but so far, my network trash is about to hit 5GB. That seems like an awful lot of trash.

I'm running OS X 10.1 server, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
