Not sure what the logic here is. But Apple removed Network Utility.
I noticed right away, since I had a shortcut pinned to the menu bar in Finder. It is now question mark. Went to the Utilities folder in Applications and confirmed it is gone.
This sucks, I can get a lot of what it does accomplished from Terminal except port scan. But Network Utility was so easy to use and nice.

Spotlight is your friend.

/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications has Network Utility

Thanks, not sure why they moved it there.
Not exactly intuitive?
Well at least I still have my old friend. Though it is more steps to get to it.

Didn't even try searching for it. Since it was gone from the utilities folder I just assumed Apple had axed it entirely.

The way they moved the link to the application is frustrating, but as you said, it is nice that it is still there!

I had to search for it as well. Not sure why, but it is a utility I use quite often!

Well I am an IT admin at a TV station. We are in the midst of a year long upgrade of everything. I use this daily.
I pretty much soiled my drawers when I couldnt find it.
I'll just keep it in the dock, looks like we can't pin to the toolbar.
