Well, it is software that I'm ultimately looking for so I figured this was the best sub-forum to post in.
I have ye olde tyme eMate lying around, and I notice it has a PCMCIA slot; I have furthermore heard reports that there is/was an Ethernet card available for use with yon eMate. Googling has led me to an awareness of a software product called PT100, which is billed as a telnet client and VT100 emulator for the eMate. However, further googlage turned up a report that if you're not a registered user of PT100, you only get 5 minutes of telnet time; and the real problem is that the site where you're supposed to register isn't online anymore.
Does anyone have any info on telnet/terminal emulation dealies for the eMate? There isn't really a specific thing I'm looking to do beyond getting the Ethernet card in there and doing something; whether it's telnetting or TFTP transfers or linking up to my MicroVAX via VT100 emulation - just think that would be cool.
How to get the eMate a-networking, is all I'm after.
Thanks in advance,
stuey
