I will be going to college in a few weeks, and my roommate wants to share my printer. I have a MBP and he has a wireless-enabled windows PC. Is there any way for him to use my printer while the printer is wired to my MBP? I'm pretty sure we will have access to the college's wireless network in our dorm rooms (definitely wired at least). So my question is: how do I go about enabling him to remote print off of my printer using a wired or wireless connection? thanks for any help... it's greatly appreciated

In the control panel under sharing, there is a printer sharing option. I would recommend that your roommate install Bonjour for Windows as it makes inter-OS networking much simpler. I believe that the Bonjour actually includes a printer setup utility that will help him connect to your printer. Good luck!
