I am trying to network my Mac Mini and Blue and White G3 350. Firewire connection does not work. I have a cable modem/wireless router (Mac Mini has airport card) and G3 is hooked up via ethernet cable, but can't seem to network them.

is it just for a one-time data xfer? If so and they are both running OS X hook them up firewire and restart one holding the 't' key. It'll show up as a firewire drive on the other. Otherwise connect them with an RJ-45 cable and assign IP's. (i.e. 10.0.1.1 10.0.1.2 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 on both and you should be able to access them in the network dialog or by Apple+K entering the IP of the oposite computer.
