Networking Help

I have an airport extreme base connected to a netgear wired router. I am the only computer using the wireless and there are two windows xp computers using the netgear wired router. How do I set up the network to share files, printers, and how can I set the name of my wireless connection. I know its a lot of questions but I need help. Thanks!
