networking winxp with osx

Hi

I made the switch this past weekend and I am loving it so far but I am still having a few problems. I have a pc and I have a ethernet network and I wanted to know how do I steup a network with my ibook? I connect to the internet but I want to swap files and I dont know how to.

If you go into System Preferences > Sharing, turn on Windows Sharing, Personal File Sharing, and Printer Sharing (if it applies). If your printer is hooked up to a Windows machine, you will have to set it up in System Preferences > Print & Fax > Set Up Printers... > Add. Select "Windows Printing" from the list, and choose the printer model that is closest to yours. It is quite possible that your printer model will not be listed, so choose one that seems similar. Do not, however, choose "Generic". Good luck!
