Networks: Regular and 5G?

For a while now, I've had two networks on my airport Extreme -- the original and a 5g. Do I need both? Should I delete one? Does it matter?

For a while now, I've had two networks on my airport Extreme -- the original and a 5g. Do I need both? Should I delete one? Does it matter?

Do your devices use 5ghz? There's no harm in having both. As you will probably have different devices use different bandwidth's.
One offers better range, where as the other offers better speed. Can't remember which is which, but they both have advantages depending on your property.
