My friend Alex recently switched, and got an iMac. It came with 10.2, and his CD for NetZero worked fine, but when he installed 10.3(which also came with the iMac), he says he cannot install NetZero. Is there any way for him to fix this? Such as a new disk, or strange way to install it? I want his new experience as a Mac user to be good one.
