Never had install disk.. how do I wipe n reinstall 27" late 2012 model please?

Hello! :)

I have a 27" Imac late 2012 that is currently on ebay.
I need to secure wipe info and bring it back to factory state.. with os installed.

I never had a disk with this, there isn't even a cd drive.
All I could find was old posts saying installer disks so hope someone can help many thanks in advance for any helpful info.
