When trying to activate my phone AT&T said they would send me an email confirming my phone was activated... I haven't received the email however my iPhone 4 no longer has service and now the 4s seems to be working. Am I good to go?

I never got that email either, but my 4S still isn't working--that is, I can't get a call through, but I can use it as an ipod. The activation screen won't come up in itunes anymore, and the AT&T website tells me I have to activate through itunes. Sigh. I guess I'll just go to my local AT&T store tomorrow if it's still not working. How is AT&T still managing to screw this up for so many people?
