Hello.
I have been a supporter for Apple for a very long time due to its consistency in not crashing and the length of their products' life. Today in the airport, I was deleting an SMS message and it froze, crashing my iPhone and going to the "connect to iTunes" screen. I connected it to iTunes, saying it has been in Restore Mode and needs to be restored. iTunes downloaded the 2.0 software and I started my restore process. It has been a good 35 minutes, not knowing if its stuck at the "waiting for iPhone" part, but I wouldn't think it would be this long. Is this unusual for the restoring process, being stuck on the "waiting for iPhone" part? Please, please help.
