iPod touch [nevermind, ignore] iPod is not turning on at all

so my ipod touch was chilling for awhile. and then i decided to connect it to the computer and nothing happens. i tried turning it on, it wont even turn on. not even holding home and sleep works. (and yes this ipod has been jailbroken, now it's just broken)
any ideas? im going to go to the apple store tomorrow

the ipod still had power but when connecting to a charger or the computer the charging screen (in fact nothing) would come up. but not it just randomly decided to turn on -_- okay, please ignore this thread
