thanks and sorry again

what is the the process that i would use? im having trouble finding a guide.

thanks

iTunes -- drag and drop the apps into iTunes, then sync.

Cydia/Rock -- install on your iPhone, open app, it's pretty self-explanatory from there.

ok i tried that. When i push sync on itunes it tells me its installing the app and then when its finished itunes says that "the app was not installed because an unknown error occured 0xE8008001"

any ideas?

your trying to install pirated apps. Just buy them and you shouldn't have that problem. Btw, LaunchpadBS, you should remove your post as it violates the MR agreement.

lol and maybe MR should remove the word "hack" after all it just causes confusion!! perhap it should be renamed to iphone jailbreak or something!

however you are correct on your statement on installing pirated apps...just shocking why people would do such a thing!

i think you are confusing the word Hack. It's meaning refers to a reprogramming or reconfiguring of a system, not breaking its security or any sort of computer crime.
This form of security breaking you are talking about is Cracking, totally different from Hacking.

You would have a point if the forum was called iphone cracks.

i had the same problem with iphonebrowser...now using winscp which will only work if you have wi-fi (quote me if i am wrong...!). i believe that there is a patch on cydia called afc2 for iphonebrowser, try installing that and see if that works. :)
