New 11" or 13" ultimate performance?

Apart from battery life, and size of screen, is there going to be a difference in the performance of the 11" and 13" i7 256GB MBAs?

If the processors are the same, then maybe the 11" will throttle back before the 13" if there is less heatsink in the chassis.
