New 13" macbook pro have same specs as old 13" macbook unibody?

Will silicone keyboard covers and palm rest covers for the 13" unibody work with the 13" macbook pro?
 
If it doesn't wrap around the unit then yes, otherwise you will have issues on ports being blocked as there are more and in different places.
