New 13" MBA - Audio production/mixing

Hello,

I quickly searched the forums but couldn't find anything related. Since the new MBA is "2.5x" faster, does anyone have any benchmarks or experience running Ableton live or Apple Logic or any other audio production software? Is it fast enough or willl be be bogged down by the 1.7 processor? Should I go for a base MBP instead?

I use ableton and it runs fine. The base 13 air performs on par with the base 13 pro FYI.
