new 16' MacBook Pro inch Touch ID is matte?

Picked up mine today and noticed the fingerprint sensor is matte. Am I being crazy?

What do you mean by matte? Are you asking if the Touch ID button is not glossy?

yes its Matte

Yup, it's matte on the 16" MPB and glossy on the older 13" and 15" MBPs.
