New 17" Macbook Pro only has i5m?

Why do you think apple has only used the i5m in the 17" whilst giving the 15" model the i5m and the i7m?

Not that it really matters to me as:

A) I'm still loving C2D.
B) I really prefer the 13"...

Edit: Ahhh, I forgot about the added options! Silly me. Still though, It should come with it... :/

Some people prefer size over the performance. Its still there as a BTO option (for $200).
