Hi! I will be purchasing a macbook pro for college, and I need some advice about what version to buy. Right now my options are a new 2012 macbook pro with 4gb RAM and 500 gb of storage for $938 or the newest version of the macbook pro with 8gb RAM and 128 gb of storage for $1300. Obviously financially the 2012 is a better deal, so I'm wondering if there will be any major difference in buying the older version or if it will basically be the same. I'd appreciate any advice or tips before I make the purchase. Thank you!!

The 2015 will have a faster CPU, faster storage (even faster than replacing the HDD with an SSD) and will have the Retina display. Other than the low storage capacity that can't be upgraded in the 2015.
