Hi, I got this 2015 MBP around 2 weeks ago (started a thread here about it!) and initially I loved it, but recently it's started freezing for 10-30seconds with even moderate use. At the moment for example, I have Chrome open with 10 tabs, and Colloquy (IRC client). That's it, nothing else. If I try and open _anything_ else, like Calendar or Reminders or Pages or anything, everything just freezes for 15-30 seconds while it opens. It's as if it has 1gb of RAM or something. It even happens sometimes if I try and make a YT video full screen.

Any obvious reason why this could be happening, or do I need to go to the Apple store?

I actually just clicked on 'About This Mac' and even that took 10 seconds to open! I even got the spinning wheel :(

Thanks

Did you call AppleCare? You may need to reset SMC and reinstall the OS, if that does not help return it while you can.
