I see that the NEW Imac's will have a few choices with HD's.. Regular HD. Fusion, and 768 SSD ??? Whats the deal with THAT! 768 SSD option? That has to be a 1200.00 option or more! Do you think you can get it with different capacities or JUST 768 GB ??? Why would they do that and not offer a 128 GB or 256 GB option? Any Thoughts... I would ONLY buy one of I could get it with a SSD not fusion.. But not pay 1200.00 for a HD on a 1900 computer..

I imagine Apple expects most customers to buy the Fusion Drive.

Those who go SSD-only likely would be audio/video/photo professionals who can benefit from that extra SSD capacity as a scratch file and use external storage (likely Thunderbolt RAID arrays) for saving all of their data.
