Hey everyone so basically im new to this and just got the new iMac like two weeks ago everything has worked great until this morning when i tried to start it up. I pushed the power button and the computer began to start up. Then it gets to the gray screen with the apple icon and loading icon but no further. If anyone knows how i can get passed this it would be a huge help.
P.S. I tried turning it off then back on and got the same screen.
