Just downloaded the new 3.0 watch update, but I can't find glances. Could anyone tell me where they're located now. I use my watch for my daily exercise and heart rate is very important for me.

There is now a Heart Rate app in the main app selection window. Open it once, then click on the rectangle side button that now opens the Dock. Go to the Heart Rate app and choose Keep in Dock.

You may also like the free app cardiogram or HeartWatch that have complications to monitor. Just not instant like the heart rate.

Thank you very much!

Thanks Blue Moon, I'll check it out also

Clearly watchOS 3 was built specifically for the series 2 watches. My series 1 sport has become super laggy after upgrading to OS3. Trying to use an emoji as a reply brings my watch to a stand still.
