Today I recently got my new 32Gb iPod Touch. :] Just actually wanted to post that it is pretty much flawless... No light leaking or dead pixels [then again I wasn't looking for dead pixels]. But if I don't see them in normal use, then it's not a issue. I also haven't seen any other problems. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I grabbed an open item one from Best Buy, and no idea why it was returned, no issues I can tell, or maybe I just am not that picky :D

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

Very happy with my touch 4G as well.

My son got his online pre-order. It is flawless too. I'm really enjoying him figure things out. I.E. iMovie, Text Free, Skype, and some really cool games. Hopefully an iPhone 4 in our future so we'll face-time our faces off.

Good for you! Unfortunately, I'm on my 5th and I still have light leak issues...but I'm not complaining on this one. Honestly, the ipod will be spending the majority of it's time in a case anyway...

Mine has a light leak that isn't bad or noticable and is covered by a case. I have the clicking sound which i don't care about. My only problem is i found a dead pixel the other day and i'm debating wether to take it back. i don't care about it i'm just worried more might develop because it appeared and wasn't there when i bought it i think.
