New Air: restore from iCloud asks for pw to different Apple ID?!?

Setting up my air... Give it my Apple ID and pw to restore from iCloud. I pick my latest backup. Then, next screen asks for a pw to a different Apple ID I've never seen before in order to make purchases in the apple store. Looks like someone else's id. Any ideas? Thanks.

It happened to me, sort of. iCloud asked for the password to my old Apple ID.

Just selected a different iCloud backup I had.

Anyone knows why iCloud asks for an old iCloud password?
