Can a Windows computer with the AirPort Utility be used to set up the new AirPort Extreme. Apple's website does not list this capability for the new model.

Apple hasn't released an updated airport utility as of yet.

It seems the new 802.11ac airport extreme does NOT allow you to administer the device from a windows machine. You have to have a mac or iOS device. It will support windows wireless and print clients, but thats it. See the technical specifications, section "System Requirements - Setup and Administration"
