I don't know if this has been solved on this forum but there is a simple solution:
There is no need for a workaround. Setup the AirX using the 13 digit WEP password. Then restart Airport Utility and then double click on the base station icon on the top left. Click on base station on the file menu and click on equivalent network password. It will tell you what your 26 digit equivalent code is to put into Xbox 360 and Wii. Nothing to it.
