Check your software update. Seams apple has released a fix for the bugs in last weeks airport 5.4 software. This update is (obviously) labelled 5.4.1.
So far my reception is back better than ever. However i have not tried to see if they have fixed the limeware, azureus issues. Not sure if that is a basestation issue or not? When i went into airport admin utilitiy it didn't tell me that there was an update firmware for the base station so it looks like this is only for OS X.
