A couple days ago my iPhone was on the car charger and I looked at it and the screen went blank and wouldn't turn on. It was also fully charged. I took it to the apple store and they said it wasn't holding a charge big enough to power it and it is 6 months out of warranty. There was nothing they could do. So I came home and ordered a battery for it and I have it installed and still does not power on. Apple said they've never seen a phone in such good condition have this problem. Also it is not jail broken. What else could be the problem.

Also I've tried the reboot plenty of times and it is not being recognized in iTunes.

Thanks in advance.

Try a hard reset, push and hold power and home together for a minute or so.

You can also try to put it in DFU-mode
