I'm a 4th year medical student from UCSD that decided to team up with a software buddy of mine and here are a couple notable apps we came out with the past 2 years. Let us know if you guys find anything that needs fixing.
Physical Exam Essentials - great for an on the go physical exam guide. Good quick reference, but not comprehensive.

Heart Murmur Pro - new one that has audio of most heart sounds. Even has quiz mode and quite a bit if info about each heart sound.

3 in 1 Medical Reference - Has lab values, abbreviations, and prefix/suffix information. I think it's a great reference app - cheaper than the rest, and comes with 3 in 1. Doesn't skimp on the data and best of all it's fully editable.

Antibiotic Flashcards - Helps with learning Antibiotics.

Top 200 Drugs Flashcards - Help with learning 200 popular drugs
