New Apple ID Problems

I get this error when trying to create a new apple id with my new .me address

This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID.
This domain name is reserved for MobileMe accounts.

How can I fix this?

Thats weird. Talk to an apple representative through chat or in person at an apple retail store.

Maybe you already have that account name. try entering the password when signing in

When you created your MobileMe email address it automatically became an apple ID account name too. You shouldn't have to create anything else, just log in with your MobileMe credentials.

Yeah I was thinking that.

With creating a mobileme account before making an apple account. I'm guessing it makes the mobileme account also your apple account.

So try login in your apple account with the information of your mobileme account.

Count how many times I said "account". LOL
