New Apple Remote

I just bought the new Apple Remote, the alu one. The apple support is terrible.. I can't find any option to change buttons settings etc. I want to change the default program to plex and map some buttons. Nothing!

There is Mira which seems to work but it does not see the middle button even though it should support the alu remote in a Beta version.

Any suggestions??

Btw I can not believe why there is no standard Apple option in sys prefs.

The remote is pretty basic if you use Apple's default setup. If you want to customize it even further, check out Remote Buddy.
