i saw an interesting phenomenon earlier, when I went on the apple watch gallery page - http://www.apple.com/hk/en/watch/gallery/

i clicked on one of the colours of sport watch, and the picture loaded up with a grey band at first (i assume this is how they put shading on their imagery or something) but then, interestingly, loaded up through a brief flash of a purple colour. the same purple that is a colour choice on many of the watch faces.

do you think there's anything in it? was purple shown off in milan (mixyourwatch didn't pick it out, but was it on jony's tray?) do you think we might see orange, purple, grey and red bands anytime soon to match the OS?

Could just be some kind of CSS glitch happening when the different colors load using transparency masks.

i thought that... but the fact that the colour is there in the css, i wondered if it means they plan (or planned) to have purple as a colour option at some point.
