I don't know if there is one in the works, but I thought I read something on a new remote app for your phone that can use the Siri feature? Just wondering if anyone knows anything on this and if there is a future release date.

There's a lot typed about it in the forums here already, the search box is a great resource for looking up info. The 2nd developer beta for it was recently released -- it's great, I rarely use the physical remote anymore. I assumed they were going to release it with tvOS-10, but in the 2nd release Apple has introduced capability for the Siri Remote App to work with earlier models of the ATV, so maybe it'll come out sooner. Apple themselves haven't announced a release date.
