Hello.

I just received my new Apple TV. I also found out that I might have to move to Europe for my job. Specifically, Dublin. Will this Apple TV work in Ireland? Or is it region specific?

I just received my new Apple TV. I also found out that I might have to move to Europe for my job. Specifically, Dublin. Will this Apple TV work in Ireland? Or is it region specific?

I am currently using my ATV4 successfully in Colombia (my new ATV4K has arrived in the US where it is working very well). The main issue with the ATV4 here in Colombia (and I'm sure with most streaming devices) will be using your US based subscriptions for services besides Apple's Music and Movies. In the case of Apple, they are very flexible as to access of their services as long as your US based account stays US based in terms of billing. For other streaming services things get a bit more complicated if you intend to use your US based accounts. In my case US based services such as Hulu, HBO Now, Directv, etc. require some sort of VPN setup or potentially a service such as GetFlix which has worked very well for me.
