New Apple TZV but Which One 32 or 64GB

I know it is not like the 1st edition ATV where you can download movies and music to it, bu is the 64 GB worth it if I am just using it to stream movies from my MBP or Netflix?

Also anyone with the new ATV is it worth it, I have a ATV 2 right now and ATV 3
