yea, I own it. But what's wrong with my banner, many people like my banner?
Might be polite to include this site on your list of 'other Apple site' if you're going to try to poach customers.

I just thought I'd let you guys know that there is a new Apple website.

Not really an Apple website....it's a fan website about Apple. Your title is deceptive, maybe change it to "new website about Apple" or something like that.
Other than that, looks pretty good.

awesome! another mac site with the same old **** but in a slightly different forum. You are uber original my friend.

many people like my banner?
was a question and the answer to that is that your banner sucks in my opinion. I'm like many people...and I don't like it. It looks like the apple store exploded on your banner.

It looks like plagiarism exploded all over his site, in a less than clean layout. If you want to report on issues, then by all means, go ahead. Don't, however, take other peoples' work and just slop it all on a site and call it yours. I can easily get this exact word-for-word information on apple's site/macrumors.

This site just seems to borrow information form Apple's site or other sites - not much original on there. I don't see it adding much value. Just my $0.02.

Oh, and I agree, that banner is pretty bad...

Add it to the list....

That banner hurts my eyes... you know like those optical illusions you get with all the little dots? Yeah, exactly. And at least use latest products, namely iWork, iLife and .Mac.

I do plan on changing and updating my header.

Can I ask what the goal of your site is? As others have said it just seems to be a combination of MR and Apple website - maybe you need to think of something a bit unique to attract people to your site.

ohh boy another spam thread for another mac rumors/think secret/cult of mac knock off. Seriously what's with all the members of this forum devoting their blogs to repeating the same apple information thats on 100's of other sites?

Ok, I get it, you love apple, but does the world really need another site recycling the same "hey apple released a new iPod" topic?

Agreed - unless you're going to add significant and unique value, or you have insider information, there really isn't much of a point.
