I have some issues with ip4 (yellow stuff on screen) - I can go and get it *exchanged* - but I don't want to get another refurbished phone in exchange.

So if I want to return ip4 and re-buy it, can I keep same number or once I return ip4??? or my AT&T contract and number goes along with it??

Thanks

there are no refurbished phones.

You exchange it...not return and rebuy. Nothing changes but the hardware. And by now there are refurbished phones. Nothing wrong with them. In fact better b/c individually tested prior to rerelease.

Bring your receipt, box, cord, adapter, headset and iPhone 4 to the Apple Store and they should give you a brand new iPhone 4 if it's within 14 days of the purchase date. They'll activate it for you in-store...

I thought its 30 day!!!
