New ATV2 won't connect to library

So I set up my ATV2 and it won't connect to my new MBP. Bought both today. iTunes is up to date as well as the ATV2. When I click on Computers then click on my computer all I get is a spinning circle and Loading "My Library"...

any suggestions? I have home sharing on. I see the ATV2 on the bottom right of my iTunes on my MBP.
