Got a new AW6. Out of the box it wouldn’t turn on so I put it on the charging puck but it just sits there with a black screen. If I press a button a green lightning bolt and cable graphic appears but that’s it. It won’t restart if I hold down crown + button. Is it a dud?

Can take up to 2-3 hours until it‘s charged enough to turn on after it was completely discharged for a longer time

Had the same thing happen with my new Red AW6 from Best Buy. Just leave it plugged in. It will automatically turn on eventually.

You’re right after about 2 hours it came to life. It must have come from the same batch as yours (it’s also a red AW6 from Best Buy). They must’ve sat in the warehouse for months

Yep. It made for a really great deal on the S6, though. Same price as the discounted SE and $80 less than other S6.

It's just a bit more difficult to find watch bands that look good with it (although you can't go wrong with black).
