Looking pretty sweet. Hoping it doubles as a notification beacon.

Edit: I get it...it's a mock up. Buddy from work text me saying actual photos and I posted right away. To add further insult, I saw the other photos on gizmodo, in the same article earlier today...which look freakin awesome.

You do realize this is a computer mockup and not an actual 5S?

Well I hope the mock up doubles as a notification light.

Just read the article. That's what I get for jumping the gun on texted photos of "actual" home button from work associate.

the days of the internet, everyone tries to be the first to report so they actually report false info.

A few months ago their was a plane crash at the San Francisco Airport and a lot of people were mad because CNN took like 45 mins to report the incident while Twitter and other social media outlets were on it right away (within minutes), Turns out all those social media post were reporting false information and CNN waited to get the full facts before going live.

Tell your buddy it is unlikely that he'll ever have first hand info of an unreleased Apple product. ;)

It would be nice if this were true though.

There will be no square on the homebutton. Also the silver ring isn't a notification LED. It's for some signals that are going in your finger and will be reflected back to the sensor. So it's just a metal ring from the fingerprint scanner.

It is a mock-up. But it's most likely pretty accurate. It's a metal ring around the home button. What are u thinking its gonna be?

Well if it's a metal ring it's probably just for esthetics. I don't see how led notifications would travel thru a metal ring.

Since when does CNN concern themselves with FACTS! LOL
